- Shipping
China Post Air Mail & USPS & e-Pack are our main option of shipment, there will be a registered tracking number for each package, We will ship out your package within 1-3 working days normally.
All location by DHL delivery time 4-8 working days
If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us before shipment, and leave the final address on the order page via message.
- Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us at info@molystory.com, or call us at (469) 810-0768. you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to request a full refund except the shipping cost or exchange for a new one, the returned item should in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Refunds
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You have 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller. after that, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
